Since becoming an ACCA member in 2015, Sushma has predominantly assisted SME businesses with their accounting, tax, audit, and assurance needs. As part of the Senior Leadership Team at Bicester, she manages a dedicated team and oversees a diverse portfolio of clients. Her role involves strategising resource allocation and identifying growth opportunities to ensure the continued success of the Bicester office.

• Coordinating the delivery of statutory and voluntary audit services to businesses with a turnover ranging from £2 million to £80 million, with an emphasis on adding value through key systems and controls recommendations.
• Delivering statutory audit services to UK based subsidiaries of international groups and managing the logistical complexity arising from group audit arrangements.
• Overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts and taxation.
• Providing strategic and general business advice.
• Communicating with wide audiences to identify effective ways of delivering complex financial information.
