Rebecca Craker FCCA

Following the completion of Rebecca’s Accounting and Financial Management degree at the University of Buckingham, she worked for a local housing developer in the finance team. In 2007, Rebecca knew she wanted to go into private practice, and joined Hale Partnerships Ltd working with Jonathan as a trainee accountant and began her studies towards her ACCA qualification.

Rebecca qualified in 2010 and since then, has worked her way up the firm and is now part of the Senior Leadership Team. She now assists with looking after clients and the team at the High Wycombe office.

Key Experience

Rebecca oversees the firm’s audit clients, but has a mixed portfolio of large corporate clients to owner managed businesses with turnovers ranging from £100k to £10million.

Rebecca assists her clients on all areas of their business including accounting matters, tax planning, VAT and statutory help, pulling together the knowledge she has gained over time.

• Delivering audits for UK entities and Groups alongside component auditors in multiple worldwide jurisdictions both in accordance with IFRS and UKGAAP,
• Providing value-added statutory audits with reports to management on risk management, key controls and financial benchmarking,
• Assisting clients with their corporate reporting needs, including audit, accounts preparation and tax compliance.
• Advising on tax efficient remuneration strategies for owner-managed businesses,
• Helping clients with day-to-day accounting and tax compliance matters and providing the daily support they require,
• Assisting clients in VAT and tax investigations,
• Assisting clients in providing budgets and management information to third parties,

Interests

Being a mum is the most important thing to Rebecca, being Mum to Caitlin is a rewarding experience, they love to travel, shop and go to the gym together.
